Use Cases

• Threema Work is used for automated alerts in the event of suspicious activity in the cloud. Wazuh sends notifications, e.g., when data is accessed or downloaded, to the corresponding recipients in real time via the Threema Gateway interface.
• wicked.design also uses Threema Work for vulnerability management, secure configuration management, system inventories, and regulatory compliance. When alerts or notifications are sent, e.g., in the event of a detected weakness or a compliance breach, the stored contacts are notified immediately and can react quickly.
• If indicators of compromise (IOC) are identified, an alert with all the relevant information is sent to the responsible team, thus enabling a rapid response.
• Plus, Threema Gateway can also be used for file integrity monitoring (FIM), a process that sends out alerts, e.g., when any data particularly worth protecting is accessed or when data and executable files are manipulated. In this way, security teams are alerted to possible intruders and malware via secure, out-of-band messages.
