Threema Work’s management cockpit has recently received an update: app activation links can now be sent to users directly via email from the management cockpit. This makes it easier for administrators to distribute the Threema Work app to their employees.
Until now, credentials for new users had to be distributed by copying the activation link and sending it to the respective user via a separate channel. This process has now been simplified: When creating a new user, administrators can enter the user’s email address and send them the activation link directly from the management cockpit. As soon as the user has activated the Threema Work app, the provided email address will be deleted.
It is still possible to copy the activation links and distribute them manually; providing an email address is optional. Via the “Activation link” button in the user overview, administrators can also resend the email with the activation link to employees who haven’t yet activated the app.
